President, Founder of ProMedia

Shelley’s experience and abilities in developing advertising campaign strategy, media planning, and media buying are unparalleled. She’s been buying digital media since 1999 and has over 40 years’ experience planning and buying local, regional, and national advertising (including Spanish language and other ethnic media) for consumer and business-to-business categories. A new technology innovator, Shelley is a regular guest speaker at schools and universities in San Diego and has taught Media Buying at UCSD Extension continuing education. Before founding ProMedia in 1988, Shelley was Media Director at Arnold Buck Advertising, serving many real estate and financial clients. Prior to that position, she was the Media Planner and Buyer at Phillips-Ramsey for San Diego Zoo, WD-40, Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, and others.

Kevin Kearns

Kevin is a 20-year veteran of media and advertising and a Google Certified Paid Media and Social Media Specialist. He is passionate about building client relationships in a meaningful way and driven to uncover the best business outcomes with the least amount of fluff. His demonstrated ability to cut through the clutter while providing thoughtful solutions has made all the difference for his clients. Kevin has played the role of publisher, vice president of sales and marketing, digital advertising manager and co-founder and owner of cThru Media, a Google Certified Partner with major public and private institution clients.

Gary is a Google Certified Paid Media and Social Media Specialist with over 10 years of experience in Digital Media and Strategy. He has excelled in understanding the relationship between human behaviors and digital marketing and deeply understands the blend of art and science to create top performing digital strategy. Gary has worked with hundreds of clients in developing their digital game plan and helping them deliver exceptional results. Gary has sat on the board of SDX, the primary digital marketing networking group in San Diego. He is regularly sought out to speak at public events and leads workshops to help companies gain more from their staff and teams.
